Ericsbergs has managed and rented out homes for generations. With us, you can rent everything from apartments, single-family houses, commercial buildings, premises and holiday homes that are located on our land and in the urban area of Forssjö, which is less than 10 minutes from Katrineholm.
We offer the option of accommodation close to nature and we currently own and manage around 100 homes and 50 holiday homes.
Of these homes, 36 have been completed from 2019 onwards. The newly produced apartments have a lake view, their own patio and their own parking space. These apartments are close to restaurants, shops, schools, nature, bathing areas and bus connections.
